There are some parts of cali were it's not immigrant friendly, a bit close to balboa there's Costa Mesa were it was one of the first cities to pass e-verify and pass the secure communities. Another example, the major of Hesperia started to rant about DACA and how the dmv shouldn't issue DLs to anyone who would be approved by DACA.
