I sent bank statement, ITIN letter, W2's, report cards from 3-7 grade, high school transcripts, passport pics, copy of passport, 3 copies of school ID's, paystubs, school certificates, a picture with a date from school graduation, immunization record, high school diploma, cover letter for my application, birth ceritificate and translation and letters of recommendation with dates. It all turned out to be a big package....I have no idea what they could possibly want!!!!
