2-No. According to what CHIRLA told me as they prepared my application, it is not a problem. They even suggested that one does include the SS# since the government will be conducting a background check and such, they believe that they will have the resources to find out if one indeed worked with a fake number. They said it was better to come clean about it instead of being caught with omiting information.

You shouldn't include any fake social security number on your application. A lot of people asked the same question that's why immigration officials updated the website regarding that same question. They say that on question 9 they are specifically asking for any REAL social security issued to you by the social security administration. check it out for yourself :
