May I suggest that you reorder it from longest to shortest application to approval duration? This way readers could gauge their waiting time a lot more easily. You already use markers to let us know which approvals are new, so there should be no problem finding the new approvals each day.
I hope you don't take this the wrong way. It's fine as it is now. I'm just making a suggestion.

I think it's good the way it is because we see easily how many cases have been approve from what day. That way we have a better idea on what day they are .. But it's up to the OP I guess.
