My sister was just approved! we sent our application together, they were accepted the same day and our biometrics were scheduled for the same date, but i did a walk in on 9/19 and she did the following day 9/20.

date accepted: August 23 routed to California
Biometrics letter sent: August 28
Biometrics date: October 9
Walk-in: September 20
Approved September 26

She did get a text, but not email
