I think the lower the number, the higher the chance the Dream Act can pass in the next couple of years. Republicans will look like idiots trying to split hairs over a bill that only targets a population that small, ESPECIALLY if DACA is a pre-requisite for Dream Act.

My dream is that DACA is the DREAM Act prereq and so we don't have to go through the application process again since they have our documentation already.
