Ok,Just did some more checking via google and the program has been closed since last year Dec. 2011 BUT there is a rumor that the program has been reinstated since Sept. 27th,2012 and have yet to be announced by the Pentagon.

It should be interesting if they list DACA applicants as being eligbile for the MAVNI process.
