In addition courts have been very immigrant friendly lately (like supreme court ruling that working with someone else's SSN is not identity theft as long as you don't know whose number it is). In the remote possibility that DACA does get overturned in court (and there's no legal basis for that to happen) DHS should just grant all us TPS (which it can under "other circumstances").

I think it'd be imperative to have Obama in a second term before anything big can happen. If my hopes and dreams come true, Obama will elect more Supreme court justices to the court following his second term.
Not to mention taking back the House and keeping the majority in the Senate will be even better for the second term hoopla.
