I have the same case like you and I sent two affidavits for each of my entries plus some travel documents. My case just got routed to Nebraska but I will keep you posted on how it goes.

I will be sending some evidence for purpose of travel (funerals) for some of the exits but I don't really remember ALL the exits I made out of the country (all brief) and they are not telling me either. What do you think? Have you consulted a lawyer regarding this?
