Meh, DACA got implemented which is the best thing in this volatile political atmosphere. Something will most likely happen in the second term. He has to secure the Latino vote somehow for his base for the next generation of Democratic Presidential candidates (Cory Booker? Julian Castro?)

Secure Latino Vote? Why bother? He lied about passing it in his first term, and Latinos are still supporting him. All the next Dem running for Pres. has to do is say he'll do it in the first term, and Latinos will fall for it again.
Please show me one concrete action he took to try and pass CIR, besides speeches. He didn't lift a finger. He knew Latinos would still support him.
