Hey fellow Californians!

There's like hundred different threads regarding my following questions, but I wanna double check with you all. I have a few quick questions regarding SSN that I hope you guys don't mind answering.

SSN:
1. On the application, question 5 "Citizenship" I check the "legal alien allowed to work" right? Instead of the box where it says "other"

2. I now this probably might have been answered a lot, but are we allowed to type and PRINT out the SS5 application at home (NOT SIGNED) and then head out the office, and sign it there, right?

3. I need to go to a Social Security card center right? Because I keep seeing people warning others not to go to Santa Ana and go elsewhere. But in my case I live in Northern Cali and the closest SS Card center is in Sacramento. Is that the only place or can I find a different office? I've already looked on the SSA Office locator but I only see Sacramento and not Santa Ana, CA or something different in Cali
