I dont think I will include it since its really just a summary of all my 4 years in grade school since 3rd grade. And I dont want to confused them. I just included a report card for each year.

Also, I have 2 addresses, one where I am and one where I got my license. Should I put license one?

For Mailing address I should put where I am but for residency should I put the address that my license shows? I am not adding that
