Very good point. I really think Durbin will offer DA provision as an amendment to any CIR bill to ensure regardless of the benefits that undocumented people get, specifically DACA (DA eligible kids) will most definitely be guaranteed a conditional green card. Or they might just pass DA first as you point out. But the chances of us getting an easier path than the rest is very likely.
