Here's the most important part of this article I agree with. It is important to fix the immigration system and pass something at the "top of the second term." Reason being that it will take significant time for ALL 13+ million of us to adjust. And THEN is when the show begins. Gradually we see how this affects the economy and if it indeed is a positive change as we all predict and I certainly think this will be the case. Obama is going to be on a legacy building approach. I'm sure this will happen at the top half of next year. The Dems will ruthlessly push something. Let's see how much they give in to GOP demands.
