Also how will this affect Daca applicants who have and will be approved. Will we have per say an advantage over others...or will we automatically receive a form of legal residency. So many questions.

I think the last CIR had the requirement that you be here at least 2 years. I think it makes sense for giving more benefits to someone who has been here longer though.
