Nobody, and I mean nobody gets citizenship right away, not even in extremely rare cases where congress grants entry to specific individuals through private bills. They get LPR.

What you're going to get is most likely a temporary legal status, but with a clear path to LPR, then citizenship. Anybody with a green card can file for citizenship after 5 years. If you get a temporary status that can be converted to green card in 2 years, you're 7 years away from becoming a citizen.
