You would need to combine that with something. Think hard and search everywhere. There might some peice of evidence that you miss that can be used.

Look through your emails from that year. Has anyone or you ordered anything for you off the internet? its possible to call the companies for a copy of the reciept. I had to do that to get some evidence. I used affidavits but that alone may not work.
