Navarrette needs a lesson in community organizing. Escalation comes when there is no action from the side in power. Congress has had this bill for 11 f'n years. what have they done with it? Nothing. As DREAMers get more organized and gain numbers, escalation is going to happen. That means more sit-ins, provocation of officials and more radical actions if necessary.
