I am unable to figure out what would be my "current immigration status".

Here are some details:
I stayed in the country after my stay expired. I have a stamped i-94w that has W/T with expiration date 05/21/2001. I have not previously applied for any kind of legal status adjustment. I am not under removal proceedings by ICE.

This is the only thing that is keeping me from sending out the forms. Your help will be greatly appreciated.
