Hello everyone,

This is my first time here and all the threads have been very helpful.

I am currently filling out the DACA appliocations and almost done with all evidence.

I have been living here since 2002 after over staying on my B2 Visa.

I am pretty much American, attended middle school and high school, this is a great opportunity for me to work legally, go to school, and finally obtain a degree .

I am almost done with everything, I have gathered all papers necessary : (i-94, high school diploma, stamp on passport when admitted).

I also have bank statements that show I was here right before June 15, 2012 and on that day I purchased something at Publix.

I have dated bank statements that go back to June 27, 2007 which is when I enrolled for a debit card. I have statements for 2 months of each year.

And then for all years I have gathered receipts, correspondence, transcripts from middle and high school, random report cards, dental insurance policy, dental work, prescriptions.

I am confident I have all the paperwork that more than qualifies for an acceptance, but I have my doubts:

1) Do I need a cover letter?
2) Do I really need a lawyer? I have not been arrested ever. The forms are very easy and are all filled.
3) Can I translate my own birth certificate? Or does someone else have to translate it and notarize it?
4)What is the best way to organize everything?
5) Is there a limit to the number of pages to be sent? My packet looks fat!
6) I have been working since 15 yrs old and getting paid cash. Will making money be a problem in their decision making?
I currently make 19000 yearly and my expenses are of 17000 yearly. Will it be ok to put those numbers in the i765 WS?

Thank you so much, I want to send this papers by the end of the week, but want to make sure all the little touches are done.

I appreciate to whoever can respond. (I do not have the resources to pay for a lawyer and do not think it's necessary).
