EDIT: thats for the i821D, the one for the work permit (i765) has initial review purpled out.

Mine says On "December 27, 2012, we received your response to our request for evidence. This case is being processed at our VERMONT SERVICE CENTER location,"
It was delivered on the 21st of December but the status change happened on the 27th.
Does yours still say that an RFE was sent out on November 8th?
