Also, 10% is not bad if you consider the fact that only a third of Americans have a college education. You have to keep in mind that legal residents/Citizens have access to scholarships, loans and grants; something dreamers can only dream of. The hardships we endure in obtaining a college education reflect the 10% of college graduates the writer speaks of.
