I'm not 100% sold on them considering DACA candidates as already qualified. Remember that in order to qualify for the Dream Act, y0u have to complete 2/4 years of college or 2/4 years of military service. I say 2/4 because we don't know how much the bill will be modified this year.

If anything, DACA candidates will probably cover the first step in a new version of the Dream Act. I doubt they'll have us do bios again.
