i've been applying for jobs like crazy over the last couple of weeks, and i've found that many companies will offer some kind of tuition reimbursement (even if it's not 100%), even the smaller ones that you would never think of. of course the catch is to make sure your field of study is in line with the position you're offered; ie if you're working at a clinical research lab that offers tuition reimbursement, they may not give it to you if you're studying business...
and of course it never hurts to ask. companies that provide strong benefits might have tuition reimbursement as part of the package, but of course if you don't ask they may assume you don't need it.
