The RFE was issued on September 26th. I replied right away, had some issues with FedEx (damn them) and they received my new evidence on October 10, 2012. Since then "it has been processing at the Vermont Service Center. When I call no one helps me. I've spoken to Tier 2 Customer Service reps and they are incredibly rude and in fact don't care at all.
