60 Days is overkill. Mine has been pending for over 85 days and NO ONE helps. They keep telling me to wait for the 4 to 6 month processing period. They specifically state that we should hear within 60 days. From experience I can tell you that doesn't always apply. Apologies, but I am very frustrated. Can't believe they would review a case back in September and then hold off sooooo long without giving any kind of update. The Vermont Service Center is driving me crazy.
