Well, in a job application, I personally wouldn't but "yes" to answer that question because you don't "need" it, as in, most likely, DACA will be renewed at the very least so you don't need to worry about that for at least 2 more years.

However, if you ever feel like you have a chance to get legal status through a company, you'd be smart to discuss the option with them. However, in today's job market, such possibility is very rare.

So basically, just answer "no" to the question. It will just make things a whole lot easier. Remember that showing the intention of a long stay in a company is one of upmost importance. It will make or break decisions in your favor.
