I really do want a CIR. There are a lot of people I know and love that need this and I understand that there are millions of people that need this too. I don't care for Rubio but it does bother me that he is becoming popular with his party. Republicans think we actually care about what he says. I actually did not know that about the current version of the DREAM Act. What else changed?
