I'm not expecting a quick passage in any sort of time frame, but just pointing out that the incentive and consequences of CIR this time around vs. 1986 is bit more serious with the growing minority group.

It's a do or die situation, I wonder if they realize the consequences of few millions eventually adjusting to citizenship and being allowed to vote, after all the hatred they've shown. Obviously just ignoring the problem hasn't worked, they had it coming.
