yeah i called last week on monday spoke with 2nd level officer he didn't help he said i'm still within a time period which is 6 months so i called back and talk to regular customer service people and did a service request and still nothing so basically i'm just waiting.... i'm just glad i'm not the only one there are few of us that sent their rfe 2 months ago and still waiting they will get to our case soon but the funny thing is my 6 months gone be in 20 days ) so i'm waiting patiently oh and by the way this is my 2nd service request i did on on 12/5 didn't help either
