What's up dreamers? I'm extremely happy for all those who have been approved! I received my approval letter for DACA Jan 15, 2013. I thought everything was fine until My lawyer called me and said he had received an RFE for the i765 because they could not locate my worksheet (i personally think the lawyer forgot to send it and he just does not want to admit it). Well he sent the RFE out the same day he got it and I got a notice on Jan. 18th sating that they had received the evidence and it was now under review. I've been reading several posts by other people and I get the impression that Vermont is the slowest of the processing centers. Does anyone know how long it will take for a status change? As anyone that sent their RFE to Vermont been approved??
