I think the concept of what if Dream act did pass piecemeal to be interesting,but there really is nothing clear cut and I still don't believe the House GOP leadership being sincere in their efforts.I think it will actually take another election for the House GOP to truly understand what the last election was about.If they are truly interested in the bill passing when introduced at the end of this month the Speaker should bring it directly to the floor if he is serious like Reid has tried to do many times before.
