I don't think the republican will suddenly support Dream Act and want it to pass. They are just playing politics with it. They want to play like they support the bill and when it fail, they will blame the Democrats for not comprising.

Note that Eric Cantor has voted against this bill for the pass 11 years, thus I don't believe a single word coming out from his mouth.
