I got issued an RFE on Jan. 11th. I never received it but my lawyer did. Out of curiosity I called USCIS to ask why only my lawyer got it and they told me that the person who you listed as your legal representative usually gets it and not you unless you prepared the application yourself. I know someone who had their application done at a legal clinic and they never received their RFE. He had to call several times in order for them send it to his address. Did you prepare the application yourself?
