On behalf of my dear friend DA User, I'd like to predict that CIR will pass by end of April. I know he predicted Jan, Feb, and March passages but that was a ploy to keep everyone interested. However, this is the FINAL prediction, one that even Nostradamus can't challenge. CIR will pass AT LEAST one of the chambers by end of April!
