I got my EAC and Social Security a few months ago.
Does EAC/SS qualify me as "being here legally" (in technicalities no, but in practice?). After a year would I possibly be able to apply for instate tuition?
Link is for Florida, but since that state isn't on the list, I'm hoping that I might be eligible.

It's different for every state. once DACA came out some schools in florida were allowing Instate tuition with DACA.
The only catch was that you had to live here "legally" with DACA for one year. I got lucky because I just had graduated HS so I ddidn't need the one year. I suggest going to talk to an international student counselor at your school. That is where I got the most help.
