If there was a way for me to fix my status I would have, but they don't hand out green cards without a new law being passed. I suppose I could have got married by now and thanks to being grandfathered under exclusion rules, that is one possibility, but that is the only possibility. I've talked about it before but I haven't met the right person now that I've liked who hasn't ran away after hearing about my status. Maybe that will change, but I still live my life.
By the way, it's kind of class-less to use DA User's quote in your tagline.

So true man.. These kids talk a big game but dot realize what the hell they're saying.. You didn't do anything, you got a fucking masters degree for fucks sake, you're not going to abuse any government programs.. All you want to do is contribute and have an equal shot.. I am so thankful for the president and his fight for us, last thing I want is someone in my own community of people sitting here telling me I broke the law.. Don't we have enough ignorant people saying that? Do you really have to take a jab at yourself?
