Man, it's all about money, everything is about supply and demand.
The border can never be secured enough to prevent illegal crossing as long as there is job magnet in the US.
Moreover, US govt will have to spend a fortune just to make the boarder a little bit more secure.
And 40% of undocumented here are not even crossed from the border, they are visa overstay.
Border security is a political argument, while guest work program is the sensible solution.
