Let's just see whether Dream Act eligible students are included in this legalization plan or if there a separate provision for them. Also, I certainly hope the wait times are similar to DACA. I guess things will be backed up much more because of the magnitude of people of all age that will come forward. Looks like we'll have to start gathering evidence of our presence in the US. Very similar to DACA. We're definitely going to apply for whatever it is ourselves. No lawyers. I'd love to see something along the lines of, "Immediate green cards for EAD holders under Section C(33)" We could POTENTIALLY become permanent residents of these United States by end of this year.
