Okay, some inside info now: In WA state, any woman, I mean any woman who is pregnant and meets poverty guidelines or cannot prove income, automatically gets DSHS Medicaid. We have a large patient base whose insurance coverage is taxpayer funded, and yes, they are undocumented, do not speak English, including the ones who've lived here 10+ years, who've never worked, the very young ones who qualified for DACA, whom also do not work, etc.

So, no taxpayer contributions, but lots of taxpayer benefits, we get it.

What happens to the large portion of undocumented workers who've already contributed years of taxes like myself? This is a setup for this crap to fail. Everyone will have something against it. Then, surprise! The Pre's plan will be voted, maybe pass, more likely not, and we will be told to vote Democratic in 2014?

So, now, you'll be 50+ before you can become a citizen - and God forbid you fall ill or have an accident in the meantime that prevents you from working. Or in my case, I decide to get pregnant and want to spend time at home raising my child.

This is a goodie bag for the surveillance and "security" industry who lost their taxpayer-funded piggy bank in Iraq and Afghanistan. The need $$$ to fund Repubican campaigns.
