By the way, wasn't the previous versions of DA had conditional GC up to 6 years and than you get your Permanent GC if you finished the college requirements and than another 5 years to USC. This is even better at 5 years and is it Permanent GC or Conditional? Any college requirements? Plus even better at only 3 years to USC or is it 5?
I wonder how much the backlog will clear and how fast will it move? Also, the big question is the beneficiaries who have I-130 pending now will be grandfathered?
I see that Adult USC sibling cannot sponsor their sibling. What about a parent USC sponsoring their adult son/daughter unmarried?
