Some people come in a position of power and privilege and use it to bring others up. Others do everything they can to hold on to their power. Still others are true monsters who want to ruin other people's lives with the power that they have for no good reason. This guy may wear a nice suit (though he keeps wearing the same neon looking tie), have a fancy haircut, and be at a position of power, but in the grand scheme of things, he is a worthless excuse for a human being.
