There is no doubt that Boehner is genuine when it comes to CIR. However, the battle will lie in convincing the right wing conservative bloc of the House. Lamar Smith and Peter King will be the masterminds in an attempt to diminish the chances of CIR. There is no question about that. They will ruthlessly use every tactic to kill this!! Lets pray this time the force will be with the immigrants!
