This invalidates the so-called "proceedings" review that DHS/DOJ started nearly two years ago, which they still have NOT finished, because they never issued guidance for those they'd already ordered deported,and they supposedly 'only' had 300,000+ cases. Two years on and is still "ongoing". Hahahahahahaha. But they want to prosecute all 11 million immigrants in immigration court? Wow. This is a sicko obsession with making people "pay" and branding people with a formal "I" for illegal. I cannot believe it's come down to this low of a level. I mean, the Senate bill is already shit when you have to really wait 20+ years for citizenship, but this....wow.
