Same, there appears to be no requirement to be in US illegally in order to qualify. Also I am pretty sure I saw the same exact case before, E-2 and later F-1 holder bitching that the Dream Act doesn't include her. Of course her family hasn't considered any pathway to permanent residency since arriving in US 15 years prior.

Still with that attitude of "illegals might get papers but I can't waah waah" I can't give quarter of a shit about her. Good riddance.
