My case was never updated from the time i sent my RFE till the day i was approved so i wouldn't worry about it. and if you call they'll just say that it can take up to 30 days for them to update that they received it but maybe it's worth a try when i called it'd been 10 days since USPS said they delivered it there and after i hung up with the representative literally 5 seconds later i got the approval texts/emails.
