My son applied late December 2012 and he received a letter in late April requesting for evidence regarding some records they have that my son departed USA in 3 specific dates in May 12, June 18 and July 12,2011. the true is that he has never departed USA since he arrived in Dec. 2004.
My son was attending school and he did attend summer basketball practice.
We have the records of the school and a letter from his coach to prove that.

Our concern is that they said that they have records that said he departed!!!

Does anyone has a similar case.
