They can always not vote. Seriously, they pull the 60 vote bullshit on everything that democrats wanted to pass in the past few years, but now when they need 60 votes to tinker with the bill all of the sudden we should be doing 50 votes. We shouldn't even let those assholes offer amendments honestly.
