Yes, In Congress there are two types of GOP Congressmen. One, who genuinely oppose the issue because they think (although they're wrong) that legalization will hurt American citizens and two, who are straight up racist and oppose the issue because we are colored people (As if there are no European immigrants). Believe it or not, Jeff Sessions falls into the first category. That's why I've admired the man mainly due to his sheer resilience against legalization. I'd also put someone like former Senator Jon Kyl and current Senator Cornyn in this category. I think Cornyn will vote Yes in the end. The likes of Ted Cruz, Lamar Smith, Peter King etc all fall into the second category, straight up bigots and bullies. They're getting a huge surprise come CIR into the House.
