First amendment only applies to the government. Private companies and other individuals can limit your freedom of speech as much as they please. In other words you can stand on a corner and yell "[racial group here] is fucking garbage that ruins America", the government can't do anything about that, but don't be surprised if you get punched in your face by someone else.
